CONSULTATION & QUESTIONNAIRES

We meet with you to discuss your initial ideas and thoroughly review your priorities in relation to your remodel. This may include brainstorming in the space to get a feel for which directions we'll want to explore in our next steps.

AS-BUILTS & CONCEPTUAL SKETCHES

We take thorough measurements of your space and create your as-built floor plans. We draft a handful of concept plans to scale that improve the function and flow of your space. We meet with you to compare each proposal and select one or a combination of a few ideas to develop further.

MOODBOARDS & STYLE CONSULTATION

Once our layout is decided upon, we develop ideas of what the space will look like. We assemble a collection of inspiration photos and categorized fixture packages to help visualize the future space and identify a style that fits you and your home.

FINISH & FIXTURE SELECTION

We curate actual finish, fixture, and furniture options through collected sample presentations and/or a series of local showroom visits. As you make selections, we integrate them into your architectural plans.

BID PHASE & CONTRACTOR SELECTION

We present you with a set of bid-ready plans and a selection booklet to have priced out by your chosen contractor. We maintain availability during this critical step in the process to answer questions, review proposals, and make any necessary adjustments.

PERMITTING & CONSTRUCTION

We add all the final details to the plans to hand off a permit ready construction set. We agree upon a correspondence chain and site visit schedule with you and your contractor. Our presence during construction enables us to advise on time sensitive questions, advocate for your design decisions, and help ensure a quality final result.
